As a Programs Officer at Sanad, Mohammed Al-Attar led the Network of Iraqi Facilitators whereby he provided technical support to the network members who implemented Conflict Mitigation Interventions in Saladin, Nineveh, Kerbala, Najaf, Diwaniya and Kirkuk. He managed the team who intervened to mitigate the conflict after Speicher Massacre in Tikrit as well as the team of Yathrib Intervention. From 2011 – 2014, he served as an Executive Officer to the Chief of Party at Tatweer and Tarabot programs for the USAID, implemented by Management Systems International (MSI).
Mr. Al attar has a deep M&E experience as he worked with MSI to implement a local grants evaluation project for selected portfolio of USG-funded grants in Iraq. During the period 2008 to 2011, he worked with one of the leading Telecom Companies in Iraq, as a Team Leader for the Customer Service Department.
