Zainab Qassim Al Kassam
Ms. Zainab Qassim is managing the Network of Iraqi Facilitators (NIF) and the Alliance of Iraqi Minorities (AIM) as well the Sanad’s programs Iraq-wide.
She is specialized in developing and managing complex projects, especially in the area of policy reforms, and development projects. She managed the advocacy component serving as Advocacy Program Manager of the USAID – funded BPCS program (Broadening Participation for Civil Society) with Mercy Corps. She provided technical support, and led the development of sub grants monitoring process and reporting as well as tailored capacity building materials on Monitoring & Evaluation Accountable learning MEAL processes and expressed development need both organizational and advocacy ; trained CSOs staff on sustaining advocacy efforts for further impact, led many assessment workshops. Zainab has gained her PMD- executive level from Maastricht School of Management MSM, PMD Pro for Program management –APMG international – online, and Entrepreneur– Leadership sponsored by Portland University & Mercy Corp. she gained her BA degree in computer science & programming from Baghdad College For economical Science University.
